Chitra Venkatesh is a Singapore-trained school transformation architect with over two decades of leadership experience across early years, primary education, institutional accreditation, and ecosystem-level implementation.
She holds a Master of Education from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, and is ACTA certified, with registration as an ECDA Trainer and Practicum Supervisor within Singapore’s educator development framework. She has been a founding IB PYP Coordinator and holds the necessary ECDA Centre Principal credentials.
Her professional journey spans curriculum architecture, multi-campus quality assurance, accreditation leadership, and large-scale programme implementation. She has led IB authorisation, international and national accreditation processes for pioneering preschools and international schools in Singapore, overseen curriculum and operational standards across regional education groups, and contributed to sustainability education initiatives recognised in international sustainability reporting.
Deeply shaped by Singapore’s education philosophy, emphasising structured curriculum design, professional educator capability, systems thinking, and operational excellence, Chitra brings these principles into international contexts through partnership-based transformation work beyond Singapore.
She is committed to advancing Singapore-informed educational practices beyond national borders, supporting school ecosystems seeking structured excellence and long-term capability building.
